  • Do Glory Signs come with hanging supplies?

- Yes, each Glory Sign comes with 2 screws, drywall anchors, and a clear string.

  • My Glory Sign has a white scratch that appears on it. How do I get it off?

- If your Glory Sign has white lines that appear to looks like scratches please take a dry cloth and gently rub the white lines off. (May take a few rubs back and forth.)

  • Why didn't I receive my discount code when the friend that gifted me?

- Your order must be over $35 for you to qualify for the discount. 

 

  • Why is there not a return option?

- GloryLights does not offer a return policy.

 

  • Why does it say my Glory Lights can take up to 13-30 days for me to receive them?

- As a faith-based company we hand-make each Glory Light as order is placed. Majority of our customers receive their Glory Lights within 14 days. For legal reason we put (30) due to missed routes, theft, and/or lost products. We are working hard to reduce these times for our customers in the later future.
